SECURITY POLICY
To ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets on Company premises and ships, EDSB has developed Office and Ship Security Plans in line with SOLAS Chapter XI-1 and the ISPS Code.
ANTI BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY
EDSB is a respected organization known for its commitment to ethical, moral, and legal business practices. It strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY
Abuse of illicit drugs and consumption of alcohol will impair the judgments and capabilities of the
individual.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION POLICY
EDSB goal is to operate responsibly and minimize the environmental impact of our activities both
onshore and offshore by preventing pollution and efficiently utilize resources.
ETHICS AND BUSINESS INTEGRITY POLICY
All our employees are expected to conduct their activities for EDSB fairly and ethically, in such a
way that it enhances the Company’s reputation.

STOP WORK POLICY
EDSB is committed to minimize the risk to health, safety and environment arising from our activities
to As Low As Reasonable Practicable (ALARP).
UNDER KEEL CLEARANCE (UKC) POLICY
The purpose of UKC Policy is to provide Master with a framework to ensure vessel maintains
sufficient UKC and safe draft during its whole intended voyage.
